In operation of

switch

ON.

Slide the open/close lever to the

UNLOCK

side (the right end).

Grab the handle, and lift the lid

shown in the figure below.

Pour water through the opening of the working chamber until you can see water through the

hole at the center of the bottom plate.

The HV-25 requires

1.5

liters or more of water; the HV-50,2 liters or more; the HV-85,4 liters or

more; and the

HV-110.5 liters or more.

It is also required to pour water for Mode

(AGAR).
