I-Remote System Overview 7-3
DOK-IWORKS-IREMOTE*V01-AW01-EN-P
I-Remote within a LAN via Remote Data Communication/Internet
Similar to a direct connection, the control system must be configured as a
RAS server and the service PC as a RAS client. In contrast to a direct
connection, however, access to the entire network must be activated on
the RAS server.
Thereafter, a I-Remote connection to every control system group is
possible from the service PC via a direct telephone connection or via the
Internet.
