C216 Torque/force data scaling error

Cause:

The torque/force data scaling parameters permit the torque/force data

display format to be selected. The drive-internal format of the

torque/force data depends on the employed motor encoder and the

encoder resolution. The factor for converting the torque/force data from

drive-internal format to display format or vice versa is outside the range

that can be processed.

Remedial action:

Check and correct the relevant parameters, such as:

 S-0-0086, Torque/Force data scaling type

 S-0-0093, Torque/force data scaling factor

 S-0-0094, Torque/Force data scaling exponent

 S-0-0110, Amplifier Peak Current

 S-0-0111, Motor Current at Standstill

C217 Motor feedback data reading error

Encoder resolution and feedback type are read from the motor’s

feedback storage. An error has occurred during the read process.

Cause:

1. Defective motor feedback cable

2. Defective motor feedback

Remedial action:

Ref. 1. Check the motor feedback cable

Ref. 2. Replace the motor

C218 External feedback data reading error

An error has occurred during initialization with the external encoder.

Cause:

1. Defective motor feedback cable

2. Defective motor feedback

Remedial action:

Ref. 1. Check the motor feedback cable
